continue running around in the same loop.  The reality is what you are putting out is the same thing you receive as

messages and actions to you & around you. 




Thank you to the families the participated in our group trip. Thank you to the parents who were a part of our group travel for allowing us to experience the idea of socializing within our dance and dance community.

Daily life lessons learned :

- paying attention to our surroundings as we group travel
 
- Listening  to different messages and ideas, while practicing  other methods  thru the social dance of BREAKIN'

I don't know about you  but I think that I am open to think at my own liberty.

Having the freedom of my thoughts and being able to balance my emotions from logic and creative imagination.

My our Free thought is related to logic and experiences not doubting your self more so knowing that we do not know it all.

 Personal responsibility for our actions.

Bottom Line

We can agree that the battle between females & males , bboys vs bgirls has been going on since our existence.

At a certain point it becomes evident that our views  both coexist. Both groups speaking from different perspectives.  Therefore not needing to establish a rivalry.

I can’t emphasize this enough even with our current state of political changes & views ,  either the Extreme Right or Extreme Left , it's leading to a unity of understanding   that we may be misunderstood and have different experiences but its all good .

A new neutral understanding of our selves is establishing. Don’t let the media hype you, we are becoming a better group of people even with all the shenanigans we see going on.  

In order to optimize this thought and help increase our awareness,  Yes you may watch the US Presidential election  with Donald Trump & Hillary Clinton and think otherwise  but that’s tv / media propaganda.

With the end of the year coming up,  major BBoy BGirl Championships start to happen & people  begin to wind down some of their bboy bgirl training, competitions and traveling journeys to head home and relax. This is when I go back to basics. Going back to basics means retouching foundational movements, moves, positions to continue my never ending self empowerment (training).
In this blog I will revisit my baby freeze. for those of you who do not know what that is below is a little demonstration.



 How to do a baby freeze combination. Have you ever wondered how some people can do a certain freeze especially a  baby freeze to forearm freeze combination?
This is done through learning about breakdancing and freezes.  The baby freeze foundation comes from a knee pose. Once you start to generate some understanding of your body following up with creating a new freeze is what takes skill.

Freezes are equally valuable and popular to a well-rounded dancer BBOY and BGIRL. For continued breakdancing knowledge and awareness, constantly revisiting the foundational steps of our dance  is as important as  staying on top of the breakdancing scene or creating  new innovative movements.
Personally I’ve been doing Freezes since  1996 as it is an essential part of what makes up this dance and I have built lists of ideas with this information.
