 It's time to put in work. With the continued growth of our dance, training and workouts have begun. As of March 11, 2017 we will be hosting our annual CYPHER IN THE HOOD series event. The event theme this year is "Community Unity". This years series will be a 2 vs 2 group challenge. Where participants get to join with partners to test their skills in our Cypher Call Out Event.
