Many people  use a perception to fuel their understanding of something vs directly questioning the source and seeing the many intricacies of how things may be totally different than thought of.  Being raised by my family has helped me understand the value of self preservation. Breaking or breakdancing has set self preservation first in my application of how to do movements to even be open and as outspoken as possible to my understanding of things around me and how they are perceived from my lens . KEY WORD. LISTEN MORE. With that said at times when there are communal gatherings its in my spirit to be at all of them however, living and  knowing  to be responsible, being able to provide food and shelter today and tomorrow  and learning how to stretch your financial means,  it does become challenging to be at and support all events.  Making sure not to get sucked into my passions putting my priorities and responsibilities first.  The picture always looks different from the outside perspective.  Networking and social interactions are beneficial however when your responsible and accountable for where your going to lay your head at night,  being grateful to be breathing and able to do what many may think are  the simple things in life  those things become the most valuable.  So therefore as we learn there tends to be a time and place for everything its just captured amongst our capabilities. Using creativity to make things possible. Never USING anyone, using my experiences to share my truth.
